CASE STUDY · DEVELOPMENT AND SEO

A dental clinic website we have developed since launch

A dental clinic in Dubai approached us to develop a new website from an existing design. We built and launched the first version, then continued the work through SEO and ongoing administration. Over the next three years, the site grew alongside the clinic: we created landing pages, wrote and translated content, expanded the clinical cases section, and implemented the necessary improvements.

GROWTH

From the first release to a large bilingual website

The website grew gradually as the clinic added services, doctors, content, and new requirements. Its scale is reflected in the live structure and analytics.

>3×growth in monthly search traffic over two years
+50%search traffic in the latest 12 months versus the previous 12
≈180clinical cases in each language
≈3 yearsof ongoing collaboration

Traffic figures use comparable periods. Absolute visits and the split between search engines are not disclosed.

STARTING POINT

The project began with a new website

The clinic already had an approved design, but the website itself had not yet been built.

We turned the designs into a working site, adapted it for different devices, and prepared the pages needed for launch. This was a complete new website build, not an update to an existing system.

The work continued after launch. As the business introduced new services, doctors, content, and ideas, these had to be turned into clear pages and useful website features.

FIRST STAGE

We implemented the designs and prepared the site to expand

We were responsible for implementing the original design in WordPress. We built the core pages, adapted the interface for desktop and mobile devices, connected content management, and prepared the website for launch.

The platform does not hold the project back, so resources go into new pages, content, and practical improvements for the clinic rather than replacing a foundation that already works.

COLLABORATION

The website continues to grow after launch

The project did not end with development. The website continues to evolve alongside the clinic's needs.

Stage 01

Built and launched the website

Implemented the project from the designs, adapted it, and prepared it for publication.

Stage 02

Started SEO

Began developing the structure and landing pages systematically.

Stage 03

Took responsibility for content

We write and translate the copy, then send it to the clinic for approval.

Stage 04 · now

Continue to administer the website

We add doctors, videos, clinical cases, and the improvements the clinic needs.

LANDING PAGES

We treat every service as a separate task

  1. 1
    Research and refine the queries

Determine what prospective patients are actually searching for.

  2. 2
    Review search results and competitors

Compare the coverage and depth of pages for that specific service.

  3. 3
    Create an original structure

Cover the necessary topics without mechanically copying competitor pages.

  4. 4
    Write and translate the content

Prepare both language versions and send them to the clinic for approval.

  5. 5
    Develop and publish the page

Prepare the layout, implement the blocks, and add the page to the site structure.

  6. 6
    Develop it after publication

Monitor indexing and expand the page when new information or patient questions emerge.

WORKING WITH THE CLIENTIdeas and comments become clearly prioritised tasks.

Active feedback keeps the project moving

The clinic owners stay in close contact, suggest new directions, and pay careful attention to how the business and website are developing.

We turn a large flow of ideas and comments into specific tasks: setting priorities, clarifying the content, and deciding whether a need calls for a new page or an improvement to an existing one.

That means feedback does not disappear into the message history. It becomes part of the project's consistent development.

CONTENT AND TRANSLATION

We prepare both language versions and submit them for approval

  1. 1
    Research the subject

Define the structure and the medical information the page requires.

  2. 2
    Write the source copy

Create a complete page rather than a collection of SEO phrases.

  3. 3
    Translate the content

Preserve the meaning and structure in the second language.

  4. 4
    Review it with the clinic

Send the material to the project representatives for approval.

  5. 5
    Publish both versions

Add the pages to the website and connect the language versions.

  6. 6
    Keep both versions current

When a service or medical detail changes, update both language versions together.

CLINICAL CASES

Rare queries became a useful section of the website

Alongside the service pages, we began developing a library of clinical cases. Each article explains a specific patient situation, the course of treatment, and the outcome.

These pages answer narrow questions that are often poorly covered elsewhere. Even when few people search for a particular situation, the person who does receives a specific answer and sees the clinic's relevant experience.

The section now contains around 180 clinical cases in each language and continues to grow.

ONGOING IMPROVEMENTS

The website changed alongside the clinic

During the collaboration, we redesigned the doctor pages, added video sections and a custom quiz, improved existing pages, and created new elements for the clinic's current needs.

Most of the progress does not come from one headline feature. It comes from many connected improvements that make the site richer, easier to manage, and more useful to prospective patients.

TRAFFIC GROWTH

Search traffic grew and remained at a higher level

The initial build became a foundation for steady long-term growth

The project developed without emergency migrations or a succession of new contractors. We retained the context from the original build and steadily expanded the site's structure, content, and functionality.

The clinic received more than a one-off website build. It has a working system that can continue to grow with the business.

This growth belongs to this specific project and is supported by comparable analytics data. It is not a promise of the same result or timeframe for another website.
