impik.dev (https://impik.dev) is operated as an independent web development and SEO practice. For the purposes of data protection law, impik.dev is the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach the controller at hello@impik.dev.

Depending on how you use the site:

• Analytics — only if you accept the cookie banner. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from your IP, and on-site behavior (clicks, scrolling, session activity via Yandex's Webvisor feature).
• Contact form — the form on the Contact page collects your name (optional), how to reach you (email, phone, or Telegram handle), and your message.
• Live chat — the chat widget stores a random visitor ID in your browser (not tied to your identity) so the conversation stays continuous if you come back, plus the messages you send in the conversation.
• Quick-contact / offline form — the short form in the contact modal and chat widget (used outside business hours, or if live chat is unavailable) collects your message, preferred contact channel, and contact details.
• Email — anything you send to hello@impik.dev directly.

Analytics cookies (for example Google's _gafamily and Yandex's _ym_uid family) are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject or ignore the banner, none of these cookies are set and no analytics scripts load. You can change your decision at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or by clearing cookies for this site in your browser.

Messages sent through the contact form, chat, or email are read and answered by an AI-assisted support tool (used to draft a fast first response) together with the studio owner. Form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile before they're accepted, to filter out automated spam — this only evaluates your browser and connection to confirm you're not a bot; it doesn't affect what's stored about you beyond that pass/fail check.

Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner — you can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it. Contact form, chat, and email data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in running this business and responding to inquiries directed at it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run this site, each acting as an independent processor under their own privacy policy:

• Google (Google Analytics) and Yandex (Yandex Metrika) — analytics, consent-gated.
• Cloudflare — spam filtering (Turnstile) and email routing for hello@impik.dev.
• Directus — the database that stores contact form and chat-lead submissions.
• Resend — delivers the email notification and confirmation for form/chat submissions.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA; refer to their own privacy documentation for the safeguards each applies to international transfers. No data is sold, or shared with anyone beyond the providers above.

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' and Yandex Metrika's own default retention settings — see their documentation for current figures, since these are set by the provider, not by this site. Contact form, chat, and email data is kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting work.

If you're in the EU/EEA (or covered by similar law elsewhere), you can:

• ask what data is held about you, and get a copy of it;
• ask for inaccurate data to be corrected;
• ask for your data to be deleted;
• object to, or ask to restrict, processing;
• withdraw analytics consent at any time, without affecting past lawful processing;
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
