CASE STUDY · WORDPRESS IMPROVEMENTS

Turning an unfinished website into a workable foundation

The website was live, but its structure made consistent development difficult. We mapped search demand, revised the section hierarchy, prepared reusable page components, and started reorganising the content.

STARTING POINT

Isolated fixes would not solve the underlying problem

Individual elements could be patched, but the website still lacked a dependable foundation for new services and editorial content. Every additional page would have raised the same structural questions again.

We therefore started with demand and information architecture rather than surface-level changes. The first task was to define the sections and establish a consistent page logic.

PROCESS

The existing website was reorganised into a reusable page system

The work was staged so technical changes, information architecture, and content would support the same structure.

Stage 01

Reviewed the existing website

Identified the areas that prevented consistent page development.

Stage 02

Mapped search demand

Recorded demand areas and the language potential clients used.

Stage 03

Rebuilt the structure

Assigned services and future material to clear sections.

Stage 04

Defined page logic

Separated recurring elements from service-specific information.

Stage 05

Prepared reusable blocks

Created visual components that could be combined in different ways.

Stage 06 · now

Started content work

Moved into page content once the foundation was ready.

MODULAR PAGES

Reusable components did not turn every page into a copy

We prepared recurring components for service descriptions, benefits, specialists, questions, and other content types.

Each page uses only the components its subject requires. The shared visual language makes later work faster while preserving a distinct order and narrative for every direction.

New sections can now be developed inside an established system instead of designing every screen from the beginning.

STAGE OUTCOME

Further content work gained a structured foundation

During the active phase, we mapped the demand, revised the site structure, and prepared a modular page system. Work then moved into the content of individual directions.

The project did not continue long enough to support a traffic or lead claim. The value of this stage is practical: future pages can follow one coherent system instead of reopening the website's original structural problems.

THE PROJECT

Different page types share one coherent system

Clinic website homepage
HomepageMain directions and routes into the service catalog.
Cosmetology services page
Service directionA consistent structure for a substantial service section.
Specialists page
SpecialistsA distinct page type within the shared visual system.
Cosmetology clinic editorial section
Editorial contentA content area prepared for further development.
OUTCOME

The website gained a foundation for consistent page development

A clear development map replaced an open-ended list of fixes. New material can now be tied to demand, placed in the right section, and assembled from components that already exist.

This is a useful intermediate outcome in its own right: an existing website can be moved toward a more manageable system without pretending the full growth cycle is already complete.

The engagement did not include enough ongoing SEO work to support a traffic or lead-growth claim.
